Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Record and reconcile daily cash transactions.
  • Assist in preparation of the Form-31 process.
  • Assist in preparation of the quarterly and annual CIT and CT filing process.
  • Record accounting transactions accurately in the accounting software system
  • Assist in issuing of customer billing invoice and preparation of monthly sales report Update the Customer   Aging List
  • Prepare journal entries and credit notes for the monthly closing process
  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts closings
  • Perform other ad hoc duties, other finance and accounting tasks
  • Give necessary support to the Manager and Department Head
  • Performing any other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years experiences in the accounting field
  • Accounting Certificate or Diploma (E.g. LCCI Level 3 or AAT Level 3 of Similar)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
  • Knowledge of Commercial Tax, Corporate Income Tax and Withholding Tax
  • Good Command of English - Good attitude & work ethics
  • Good communication with colleagues - Good team member
