- Asst; HR Manager အားတာ၀န္ခံ၍ ၀န္ထမ္းေရးရာကိစၥမ်ားကို တာ၀န္ခံေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္။
- ဌာနအလုိက္ ၀န္ထမ္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏုိင္ေရးအတြက္ အစီအစဥ္ေရးဆြဲရန္။
- ေအာက္ေျခအဆင့္၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားကို သက္ဆိုင္ရာမန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ား၊ ႀကီးၾကပ္ေရးမႈးမ်ားႏွင့္ အတူလူေတြ႔စစ္ေဆးရန္။
- ခန္႔အပ္၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအတြက္ အလုပ္မ၀င္မီ လုိအပ္ေသာေနရာထုိင္ခင္း၊ အေဆာင္၊ ႐ံုးခန္းမ်ားအတြက္ သက္ဆိုင္ရာမန္ေနဂ်ာမ်ားႏွင့္ စီမံေရးရာမန္ေနဂ်ာထံအသိေပး၍ စီစဥ္ညႊန္ၾကားေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- ေအာက္ေျခမွတင္ျပလာသည့္ ခြင့္ခံစားခြင့္မ်ားအား ထပ္မံစိစစ္၍ Asst; Manager (HR) ထံအစီရင္ခံရန္။
- ဌာနတြင္ျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည့္ လူမႈဖူလံုေရးဆိုင္ရာ ေျဖရွင္းခ်က္မ်ားအား ကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းရန္။
- စက္႐ံုအတြင္းျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည့္ ၀န္ထမ္းေရးရာဆိုင္ရာကိစၥရပ္မ်ားအား လက္ေထာက္မန္ေနဂ်ာမွတဆင့္ ဆိုင္ရာမန္ေနဂ်ာသို႔တင္ျပ အစီရင္ခံၿပီး မွတ္တမ္းျပဳစုထားရန္။
- ထည့္သြင္းထားေသာ လူမႈဖူလံုေရးေၾကးအလုိက္ လူမႈဖူလံုေရးအဖြဲ႔မွ ျပဌာန္းထားေသာမူ၀ါဒမ်ား အတုိင္း ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ ခံစားခြင့္မ်ားကို အဖြဲ႕ႏွင့္ခ်ိတ္ဆက္၍ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္။
- ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ သာေရး/နာေရး ကိစၥမ်ားအား လက္ေထာက္မန္ေနဂ်ာႏွင့္ အတူကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- လစဥ္/ ႏွစ္စဥ္ Training Plan အားျပင္ဆင္ေရးဆြဲၿပီး လက္ေထာက္မန္ေနဂ်ာမွတဆင့္ မန္ေနဂ်ာထံတင္ျပၿပီး အတည္ျပဳခ်က္ ရယူရန္။
- ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား Training ေပးႏုိင္ရန္အတြက္ စီစဥ္ရန္ ႏွင့္ အဆင့္ဆင့္စိစစ္တင္ျပရန္။
- လက္ေထာက္မန္ေနဂ်ာႏွင့္အထက္ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ Increment/ Service Bonus ေပးရန္ကိစၥမ်ားကို သတ္မွတ္ပံုစံျဖင့္ အဆင့္ဆင့္တင္ျပျခင္းကိစၥမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- Department Objective မ်ားသတ္မွတ္ခ်က္ျပည့္မီေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။

- Skill in Staff Duty, Basic HR Course
- Computer Skill (Microsoft Office Series)
