Compensation & Benefit

  • Support the daily operations of the compensation and benefits program across the organization.
  • Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly SSB and PIT reports for both local and expatriate employees.
  • Support year-end PIT tax returns and ensure timely government filings in compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Ensure all C&B policies and practices comply with current labor laws and internal guidelines.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits when required.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health & Life insurance, leave entitlements, and other welfare initiatives.
  • Coordinate with service providers/vendors and ensure employee queries are addressed promptly.

HR Data & Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical, including payroll, benefits, and related documentation.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Support on HR operations like travel process, letter preparation and cash advance & claim process.
  • Prepare regular reports related to C&B and others (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll costs)
  • Other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR diploma/certification preferred).
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in Compensation & Benefits or payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, flexible, and hands-on with an analytical mindset.
