  • Scheduling and arranging the meetings on HR Committee Meeting
  • Attending a variety of meetings & Prepare the Meeting Minutes
  • Preparing and delivering memos, Letter, and announcement, etc. to respective parties
  • Developing and maintaining a filing system regarding on HR Compliance Functions
  • Collaborating with Hana Microfinance’ functional units and other stakeholders as for all interactions in the case management of HR Compliance.
  • Ensuring record management is thorough and detailed for all aspects pertaining to Hana Microfinance’ case handling process
  • Responsible for real-time entering accurate Data from various sources into HR/People Management systems, applications, dashboard and/or automations.
  • Responsible for real-time changes of employee activities (add, edit, delete) into HR/People Management systems, applications, dashboard and/or automations from various sources of Data.
  • Planning and monitoring HR compliance activities of HO, Region & Branch.
  • Initiating, reviewing and updating according to statute changes and HR manual, rules, regulations and policies and report to direct supervisor.
  • Collaborating with the legal department to communicate the associated requirements with every applicable HR-based regulatory and legal and compliance training programs.
  • Responsible for the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training to employees. Organizing HR compliance/Code of Conduct training with L&D Team.
  • Conducting employee-related investigations as directed by the stakeholders.
  • Auditing and tracking corrective actions to ensure accuracy of HR related fraud cases.
  • Liaising with governments departments as necessary.
  • Preparing all mandated compliance reports as it relates to HR functions
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor or Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree Holder
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience and preferably in HR compliance, Labor law & and other related laws.
  • Strong knowledge in update labor law, HR policy, procedure.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Power Point, Word & Excel.
  • Flexibility and Good team Player
  • Attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated focus on professional ethics and integrity
