Define and execute operational strategies aligned with company business goals, growth plans, and service expansion roadmap.
Analyze and improve internal workflows across sales, delivery, engineering, and support to increase efficiency
Act as a bridge between departments (Sales, Technical, Finance, HR, and Customer Support) to ensure smooth execution of business operations.
Design, monitor, and report operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with company targets and identifying performance gaps.
Oversee strategic projects and ensure proper governance, milestone tracking, risk control, and timely delivery.
Oversee resource capacity planning to ensure optimal operational support and efficient service delivery.
Identify operational risks (technical, financial, legal, and service delivery) and implement mitigation strategies and compliance controls.
Ensure high-quality service delivery standards, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement in customer experience.
Use operational data, dashboards, and reporting to provide insights and recommendations to top management for strategic decisions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Operations, Strategic Planning, or IT Service Management.
Experience in Private Cloud, Data Center, Managed Service, or IT Infrastructure environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of operational strategy, process improvement, and KPI management.
Good understanding of SLA management, service delivery, and operational governance.
Experience in cross-functional coordination between Sales, Technical, Finance, HR, and Support teams.
Skilled in project management, milestone tracking, and risk management.
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Excel, reporting dashboards, and project tracking tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
ITIL, PMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred.
