ROLE PURPOSE  

 

Highly motivated and results-driven professional seeking a challenging position as a Home Loan and Hire Purchase Sales, leveraging expertise in sales and project management to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project execution.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES  

  • Client Relationship management and business development  

  • Successfully generated leads and closed deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

  • Built and maintained a substantial client base by understanding their financial needs and offering tailored mortgage solutions. 

  • Conducted in-depth financial consultations to analyze customers' eligibility for home loans and hire purchase loans and provided expert guidance throughout the loan application process. 

  • Cultivated strong relationships with real estate agents, developers and dealers to increase the referral network and foster business growth. 

  • Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team/organization 

  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant events to expand professional networks. 

  • Manage and participate in real estate expos, exhibitions, and events.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 

  • Previous experience in home loan and hire purchase sales is preferred. 

  • Good Microsoft words, excel and PowerPoint skills. 

  • Excellent presentation and public speaking exposure.  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. 

  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle complex project requirements and challenges. 

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
