It is important to enter the Prospect's information in HubSpot completely and accurately.

• The discussion plan must be clearly explained to the prospect.

• When making an appointment, 1- Explained to the prospects , how long the apts will take (up to 30 to 45 minutes ) 2- Fill all the detail about the prospects infomations under meeting notes

• The correct number to be contacted when connecting to Online Booking. Social media, username must be included in Hubspot and Daily prospect sheet.

• If prospect change the current appointment to a different time, don't forget to update the new appointment time and Notes in the Outlook Email Calendar HubSpot and Daily Prospect sheet.

• For scheduled appointments, please contact to prospects to confirm before the appointment time and to add update in Daily prospect sheet.

• Be careful to add follow up call follow update in HubSpot.

• Don't forget to write down the correct oversea leads contact number (example, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, line, etc....) under comment box, HubSpot, additional note and daily sheet.

• If prospects name is not correct at the Website leads, always make sure to call sister, brother and make sure to ask thier correct name and write down the prospects real name in the HubSpot.

• Don't forget to upload the recording of the call per day.

• Needed to request Referral for online app and incenter app.

• Need to ask, if the propsets is Highschool persona , always invite their parents to the apts .

Previous experience in Sales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Appointment Setting is preferred

Basic knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel/Google Sheets, and other office applications

Strong follow-up and appointment-setting skills, with good attention to timing and details
