Job Purpose

The key purpose of this role is to achieve the company’s goals by enabling and supporting Sales operations. The role includes to focus on managing SIM, Numbering, Stocks and Billing systems (DMS, Fusion & WMS), Projects and Digital Transformation. The position will be leading the activities pertaining to processes related to sales and services to meet and/or exceed the targets by following required guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Enabling and Managing

• Numbering resources, utilizing, allocating, visibility and rollout.
• Sales related products and items to ensure for the acquisition and launching.
• Supplier onboarding, knowing the supplier behaviors, benchmarking and product testing.
• Consciously manageable for DMS, ERP Fusion and WMS systems for purchasing, billing and inventory related.

Leading

• Stocks maintaining, replenishing and delivery ensuring.
• Forecast on daily sales and planning ahead to ensure the COGS and expenses.
• Risk and solution lead for all purchasing and billing impacts.
• Initiate and investigate new features and process enhancing to keep stepping with dynamic market.
• Digital transformation and Projects.

Operation

• Keep maintain and monitor daily business operations.
• In-time support and solution lead for daily business operations.
• To ensure delivery and deployments meet with the requirements.
• Internal, regional, cross-functional cooperating for process documenting, assisting users, providing used cases and user training.
• Data analysis and reporting.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum (5 to 7) years of related experience in Stock managing and Telco sales & distribution – preferably with experience in Telco systems (DMS, ERP Fusion, WMS, RMS, E-refill and VMS).
• Knowledgeable at numbering rules and regulatory related across the industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Key Skillsets (3 - 5 skillsets)

• Strong project management and good stakeholder management skill.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office and database management with the ability to handle large amount of data from multiple systems.
• Effective communication and collaborating skills and being able to build trusted relationships at all levels, both upwards and downwards.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye of high attention to detail and with accuracy.
• Energetic, flexible, result-oriented and committed with “can do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language (4 skills).
