Job Overview

Mainly responsible to lead physical security risk assessments, business assurance operations, as well as provide training courses, and expertise on security.

Responsibilities & Authorities

Physical Security Risk Assessment

• Conduct Physical Security Risk Assessments
• Develop the skills within our local team
• Prepare the analysis and report timely

Business Assurance Operations

• Participate in organizing Business Assurance Operations
• Lead the team on the field when an expatriate is required
• Provide regular recommendations to improve our related tools and processes

Training Courses

• Provide security-related courses internally and externally
• Improve / recommend improvement on those courses

Products Development

Assist Product Manager in developing new products related to Security Consulting & Training

Qualification and Requirements

• University Degree related to security or operations is preferred
• At least 10 years in the field of security operations, military, police, or equivalent is mandatory
• Proven strong products related experience and knowledge is mandatory
• Strong proven planning and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills  
• Good written presentation skills
• Computer proficiency on the Microsoft Office Suite
