We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 22nd  March, 2025 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Activation Strategy: Develop comprehensive brand activation strategies that align with the company's goals and marketing objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with outlets, bars, restaurants, and other relevant partners to secure prime locations for brand activations.
  • Event Collaboration: Collaborate with third-party event organizing agencies to plan, execute, and evaluate successful brand activation events.
  • Brand Visibility: Ensure that our brands are prominently featured and showcased at events and outlets through creative and engaging activations.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets for activations, ensuring cost-effective execution while maximizing brand impact.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform activation strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of activation campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Overall responsibility for building brand communication outlets as per guidelines and monitoring the brand's activations.
  • Manage Agency Relationships, Sponsorships, and Activation Agencies (Monitoring & Evaluation).
  • Implement marketing activities as per the brand plan and control annual brand expenses within the fixed budget.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, outgoing, and socially adept.
  • Demonstrated initiative and strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software, specifically PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work late nights and travel to other cities as needed.
  • Higher Education Qualifications (minimum Diploma)
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience.
