Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee infrastructure implementation and estate management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure rollout projects, including tower and own-build implementations.
• Manage budget planning, CAPEX/OPEX reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Oversee vendor management for infrastructure upgrades, rollout, and estate services.
• Govern estate management operations, including lease negotiation, payments, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Manage stakeholder reporting, including project progress, challenges, and bottlenecks.
• Coordinate cross-functional support for sourcing, GRN approvals, and regulatory compliance.
• Implement solutions to address site-owner issues, lease escalations, and operational disruptions.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Experience

• Minimum of 8–10 years in infrastructure implementation or estate management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale rollout projects in the telecom sector.
• Budget management expertise, including CAPEX/OPEX tracking.
