Assist Chief Strategy Officer and Strategy Team in developing short-term and long-term strategic plans.
Monitor financial news on Myanmar Financial Services Brief and issue summary Financial Newsletter to Hana’s Management team on weekly basis.
Documented and prepare Board Resolutions, BOD Meeting Minutes and Shareholder Meeting Minutes and send to Chief Strategy Officer and CEO for approval.
Work closely with Chief Financial Officer to prepare the financial reports and send to Shareholders.
Prepare and send periodically and non-periodically reports to Hana Capital.
Communicate with shareholders.
Actively participate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect the required information.

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree holder, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Economics or another related field.
Minimum (1) year of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
Proven understanding about financial statements and financial modelling.
Fluent in Korean Language.. Good skill in Myanmar, English (4 skills) are also needed.
Outstanding research and analytical skill.
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
