  • Email, FTP an NFS setup and configuration WiFi for users.
  • Support user issues solution and guidance the users for the new applications.
  • Support for branches system issues by phone.
  • Helpdesk support for head office user.
  • Video Conferencing Setup.
  • Support for branches system and network issues by phone.

  • Have working experience1-2 year’s in system.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information technology.
  • Have Microsoft Window Server experience.
  • Strong general knowledge in IT and Microsoft office, email client, utility software.

  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Collaboration skills
