Position Purpose / Context

Talent Acquisition work with hiring managers to identifying, acquiring, assessing, and hiring skilled and competence talents to join the organization in order to jointly deliver strategic goals. While doing that, s/he also ensure employer branding guidelines are adhere to during the whole recruiting process and potential candidates are having great experience.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments
  •  Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with hiring managers and other relevant member
  •  File or register all potential candidates within company database in order to ensure external talent pipeline is full and accessible within short period of search time
  •  Post Job Ad with employer branding guidelines to various social media outlets
  •  Prepare necessary tools of trade and ensure it is available on day one of employment start
  •  Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
  •  Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates
  •  Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline

Communication

  •  The most challenge communication the role need to be very good at is the level of understanding each job requirement which than translate that into observable expected desire behaviors and measurable level competencies.
  •  The individual also needs to have the ability to observe non-verbal language and make report back as input for decision on hiring.

Analysis

  • Talent Acquisition Executive most challenging problem to solve is to assess if the candidates are fit with the job they are applying for base on skills, competences, and work experiences listed.
  •  She must be able to translate/predict during the recruitment process that the candidate past performance will promise the future one based on what require.

Job Requirements

Key Skills and Competencies required

  • BBA in Human Resources Management,
  • Excellence in interpersonal skill and effective communication
  •  Knowledge in Cambodia Labor Law
  • Knowledge in Interview Methodologies and fully aware of different type of psychological bias

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

  • 2 years’ working experience in talent acquisition using multiple sources and methodologies
  •  University/Advanced Degree
