Support the Functional Manager in implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned Business Units, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, and provide recruitment market insights and recommendations.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate candidates against job requirements and DKSH People DNA behaviors.
Facilitate interview coordination and support Hiring Managers throughout the selection process to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Collaborate with HRBP and People Services teams on salary benchmarking, offer preparation, and employment documentation in accordance with company policies.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and specialized roles through proactive market mapping and relationship management.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and recruitment costs, and provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, local labor regulations, and recruitment governance requirements.
Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university engagement activities, and other talent attraction programs to strengthen DKSH's employer value proposition.

Job Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
Demonstrate knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
Demonstrate research, proactive candidate sourcing and analytical skills.
Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations.
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
