Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Support the Functional Manager in implementing talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract and hire high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned Business Units, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.

• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements, define job specifications, and provide recruitment market insights and recommendations.

• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.

• Conduct competency-based interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate candidates against job requirements and DKSH People DNA behaviors.

• Facilitate interview coordination and support Hiring Managers throughout the selection process to ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.

• Collaborate with HRBP and People Services teams on salary benchmarking, offer preparation, and employment documentation in accordance with company policies.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and specialized roles through proactive market mapping and relationship management.

• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates, and recruitment costs, and provide regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, local labor regulations, and recruitment governance requirements.

• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university engagement activities, and other talent attraction programs to strengthen DKSH's employer value proposition.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
  • Demonstrate knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, etc.
  • Demonstrate research, proactive candidate sourcing and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate appreciation of potentially sensitive matters/situations and an ability to handle such situations.
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
