Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
  • Prepare and publish the monthly Internal Newsletter, ensuring timely, accurate, and engaging HR-related updates.
  • Develop and deliver communication materials for engagement activities, campaigns, and company announcements.
  • Assist in conducting employee exit interviews and submit insights and reports to the Unit Lead in a timely manner.
  • Create engaging visual content (e.g., posters, videos, digital materials) using Canva or similar design tools.
  • Support employer branding efforts by creating content for social media and internal platforms.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for engagement events, materials, and employee welfare services.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and data summaries as required by the Unit Lead.

Job Requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to maintain professional working relationships
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and addressing workplace issues constructively
  • Experience in designing and implementing Employee Engagement initiatives
  • A proactive and empathetic approach to employee well-being and organizational culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with Canva is required. Basic video and photo editing skills are an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in employee engagement or HR-related roles is a plus
