Job Description

  • Handle day-to-day employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases
  • Support investigations and ensure proper documentation of cases
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
  • Facilitate resolution of workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner
  • Conduct mediation sessions when necessary
  • Escalate complex issues to senior HR leadership
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and actions taken
  • Prepare reports and insights on ER trends and issues
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and management teams
  • Support other HR functions when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in handling employee grievances, disciplinary processes and conflict resolution.
