oversees the daily operations of tour programs, manages a team of staff and guides🔹managing budgets, liaising with vendors like hotels and transportation, creating and optimizing tour itineraries🔹address and resolve client issues, monitor customer feedback, and ensure all tours meet or exceed guest expectations🔹Monitor and manage tour budgets and expenses, review financial data🔹Assist in developing strategic plans for operational activities and contribute to the development of new tour packages🔹Maintain a good working relation with the tour guides for smooth operation

Any bachelor degree and other related Diploma and certificate
Must have exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skill
Fluent in English and must be proficient in Microsoft office, Internet & Email
