Sales Process & Discipline
Establish and enforce structured sales routines, standardized processes, and key account management practices, ensuring consistency from lead generation through closing and after-sales follow-up.

Identify and aggressively develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, distributors, and institutional customers to drive sustainable and scalable market growth.
Performance Management & Reporting
