• Develop go-to-market strategy based on analysis of markets needs and competitive landscape
• Develop menu of solutions with appropriate pricing strategy to meet growth plans
• Strategize promotion plan and customer reward program
• Present value-adding services to offer to high level supply chain decision makers of the organizations
• Prepare proposal and lead negotiations, coordinating complex decision-making process
• Report monthly, quarterly on sales leads, growth and sustainability, customer retention and turnover, customer satisfaction and feedback

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of strong industry sales and/or marketing experience with demonstrable track record of sales growth
• Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of logistics services
• Ability to develop new and existing customers, drive growth and ensure customer loyalty
• Good business acumen with strong relationship building skills
• Result oriented, self-motivated with good negotiation skills
