Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1.Develop the college's business plan, execute and ensure to achieve it.
2.Set up HR structure, recruit and train according to business plan.
3.Create performance management system (KPI) for each department of the college and support departments to be able to achieve these KPI.
4.Set up standard operating procedures and ensure those SOP standards are achieved.
5.Maintain good relationships with relevant Government agency, International partners.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of masters degree holder in business management/finance/HR.
2. Need strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills.
3. Fluent in English 4 skills.
4. Proactive and initiative leader.
5. Experiences in an Government communication and non-governmental organization will be an advantage.
6. Able to response the high sensitive issues very quickly.
7. 5 years and above working experience in General Manager field.
