• Work with client companies, build strong relationships with key client contacts and drives client satisfaction
• Responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies’ hiring needs
• Responsible for delivering the right & suitable candidates to client companies and managing the offer generation process
• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, job titles and career progression
• Generating new leads from job journal, newspaper, Facebook, LinkedIn, job website and other social networks
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Set up meetings with clients and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
• Source and attract candidates by using online channels and networks etc., as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
• Use candidate databases to match the right person to the clients’ hiring needs
• Identify and pre-screen candidates’ resumes and job responsibilities
• Arrange interviews with clients by coordinating schedules
• Develop and sustain relationships with potential and existing clients by coordinating professional meetings, keeping contact with them and providing effective customer support, information and guidance to maintain positive relationships
• Provide analytical and well documented reports daily to reporting manager
• To achieve individual target set monthly, including assisting in recruiting plans for current and potential customers
• Participate in recruitment events and campaigns as a team
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results

Job Requirements

• A degree holder
• Related working experience in HR Field
• Experience with recruiting, technical recruiting a plus
• Proficiency in computers – Proficient in Excel and Word
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
• General knowledge of local employment laws and practices
• Active learner and effective communicator
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills
• Strong decision-making skills
