Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Improve leadership and management capability and performance of the organization by conducting (in-person & online) trainings, facilitating workshops, coaching and creating microlearning contents
• Align learning with business needs in a dynamic business environment
• Collaborate with business owners for resources and training needs analysis
• Utilize design-thinking and adult-learning principles in designing and delivering training programs
• Coordinate vendor selection process and manage vendor relationships associated with leadership development programs as required
• Design and produce learning materials such as PowerPoint slides, videos, workbooks, handouts and performance tools
• Manage and prepare training logistics as needed
• Support Yoma Performance Development Center’s vision of cultivating a progressive learning culture throughout the organization

Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Proactive individual with a strong affinity for leadership development, coaching, management theories and practices
• Excellent facilitation, analytical and research skills
• Good team player with willingness and ability to collaborate with associates at all levels

Education & Special Training
Preferred
• University graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Leadership Development or related field
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint)

Experience
Essential
• 3+ years of experience in management position with proven track records

Languages
Essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
