Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans and marketing calendars for Goody Oil and Rice.

  • Support ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, trade activities, and consumer engagement programs.

  • Coordinate with advertising agencies, media agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

  • Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across all communication materials.

  • Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis for oil and rice categories.

  • Track market trends, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

  • Prepare regular brand performance reports, including sales analysis and campaign effectiveness.

  • Support new product development (NPD), relaunches, and packaging improvements.

  • Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and production teams on product specifications and timelines.

  • Monitor product quality feedback and consumer complaints in coordination with QA and Customer Service teams.

  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support channel-specific activities.

  • Assist in preparing sales tools, product presentations, POSM, and trade promotion materials.

  • Participate in distributor meetings, trade shows, and in-market executions.

  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

  • Prepare purchase requests, invoices, and campaign documentation.

  • Support the Brand Manager in presentations to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in FMCG food products (oil, rice, or grocery categories).

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  • Good understanding of FMCG marketing, trade marketing, and consumer behavior.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
