Assist in developing and implementing annual brand plans and marketing calendars for Goody Oil and Rice.

Support ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, trade activities, and consumer engagement programs.

Coordinate with advertising agencies, media agencies, designers, and printers to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Ensure brand guidelines and consistency across all communication materials.

Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis for oil and rice categories.

Track market trends, pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

Prepare regular brand performance reports, including sales analysis and campaign effectiveness.

Support new product development (NPD), relaunches, and packaging improvements.

Coordinate with R&D, supply chain, and production teams on product specifications and timelines.

Monitor product quality feedback and consumer complaints in coordination with QA and Customer Service teams.

Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support channel-specific activities.

Assist in preparing sales tools, product presentations, POSM, and trade promotion materials.

Participate in distributor meetings, trade shows, and in-market executions.

Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking expenses.

Prepare purchase requests, invoices, and campaign documentation.

Support the Brand Manager in presentations to management.
