Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for construction projects.
  • Oversee project documentation, correspondence, and records management.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to support project execution.
  • Review and administer contracts with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
  • Monitor contract compliance and obligations.
  • Manage contract variations, claims, extensions of time, and disputes.
  • Ensure all required permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
  • Coordinate procurement activities related to construction projects.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Monitor supplier and contractor performance.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and government officials.
  • Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Resolve administrative issues affecting project progress.
  • Lead and supervise the administration staff within the construction division.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Track project milestones and administrative deliverables.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate.
  • Master's Degree (MBA, Project Management) preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, project administration, or project management in a managerial role.
  • Age over 35 years & above.
  • Strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Team leadership and people management skills.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Can travel or stay at project site as required.
