Job Description

  • Manage Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal departments
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information professionally
  • Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and transport
  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, government offices, and external parties
  • Organize filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Assist in project coordination and management follow-up
  • Support daily business and personal administrative matters when required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administration role, experience in trading, construction, logistics, or multi-business companies preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Strong follow-up ability and problem-solving mindset
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented and proactive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Fluent in Myanmar and English.
  • Smart, mature, trustworthy, and presentable fast learner with positive attitude
  • Able to handle confidential matters.
  • Can travel if required.
