We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our people function, driving excellence across recruitment, staff wellbeing, compliance, and HR operations.What You’ll Do
Lead and manage all HR and administrative functions
Drive effective recruitment and onboarding aligned with safer recruitment practices
Ensure full compliance with safeguarding standards and labour laws
Support performance management and staff development initiatives
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture
Oversee staff wellbeing, employee relations, and engagement
Manage HR systems, reporting, and administrative processes
Supervise the Administration Team and support international staff arrangements

Experienced HR professional with strong leadership capability
Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and employment law
Confident communicator in both English and Myanmar
