Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant services
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of work
  • Support budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking for property operations
  • Handle tenant communications, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
  • Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation related to property operations
  • Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with building regulations
  • Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on issues identified
  • Maintain lease records, billing, and payment status in coordination with finance teams
  • Support leasing activities and coordinate with agents or potential tenants when needed
  • Assist in planning and supervising renovation or improvement works

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facility management
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance coordination, and lease administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience dealing with tenants, service providers, and contractors is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic safety, compliance, and building regulations is an advantage
