Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Assist in day-to-day property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant services
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of work
Support budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking for property operations
Handle tenant communications, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
Assist in preparing reports, contracts, and documentation related to property operations
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and compliance with building regulations
Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on issues identified
Maintain lease records, billing, and payment status in coordination with finance teams
Support leasing activities and coordinate with agents or potential tenants when needed
Assist in planning and supervising renovation or improvement works

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in property or facility management
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance coordination, and lease administration
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Experience dealing with tenants, service providers, and contractors is a plus
Knowledge of basic safety, compliance, and building regulations is an advantage
