Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Team Supervision: Monitor daily orders, new store acquisition, and field sales activities of team members.
Client Relations: Meet regularly with wholesalers and key dealers to maintain relationships and secure repeat orders.
Stock & Delivery Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Daily Reporting: Report daily sales volume, payment collections, and market updates accurately to the RSM.

Job Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience in sales team supervision level
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Skills: Strong negotiation, team leadership, and basic Excel/sales calculation skills.
Operational Requirements: Target-driven mindset and willingness to travel across assigned regional routes.
