A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Assist the Manager to prepare the budget for recruitment and training.

2. Assist the Manager in delegating the responsibilities to subordinates on a daily operation and follow the procedures properly.

3. Prepare and collect the required data for the monthly report.

4. Monitor to achieve the recruitment and training objectives.

5. Assist the manager to update or create the procedures and instructions.

6. Communicate properly with internal customers and outsource parties related with recruitment and training.

7. Ensure the document and filing systems are in good order.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree required ( Business Administration, Management, or equivalent are highly preferred ).

2. Minimum of 3 years experiences in a related field. 

3. Highly adaptable to organizational and team's evolving culture.

4. Strong digital literacy, including MS suite, Artificial Intelligence, Social Medias and Web Platforms.

5. Good verbal, written and presentation skills.

6. Negotiation & Analytical skills, excellent planning & time management.
