Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform HR Manpower planning & recruitment execution hiring, job posting, screening, interviewing & selection process
  • Conduct the orientation program, develop yearly training plan, and company activities/program (i.e TOA’s DNA) in comply with business requirements and TOA standards/directions
  • Develop, communicate and apply HR policies, procedures and related templates compliance with TOA standards
  • Develop and update company regulations in accordance with business requirements and Labor Codes and ensure staff’s compliance to company regulations.
  • Conduct performance system and evaluation align with TOA standards & policy
  • Develop the company’s compensation program, including salary administration and benefits programs.
  • Perform C&B survey to ensure that compensation practices are attractive and in line with Market.
  • Administer HR database and prepare payrolls, social security insurance, TAX, and others monetary items required by laws
  • Support another HR Projects as required by TOA policy and standards
  • General Administration 
  • Register and renew company’s permits, certificates and licenses include work permit and visas for expatriate.
  • Prepare ldocuments i.e.hiring,
  • Overlook for General office administration i.e. stationary , facilities, manage outsources (security & maid & receptionist & messenger)
  • Other duties may be assigned as required.

Job Requirements

  • Education Level Bachelor degree in HR Management or related
  • Experience Minimum 3-5 years in HRM plus Admin Functions
  • Good human relations and communication skills.
  • Good command of English is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (MS word, excel, powerpoint, E-mail)
