★ Lead the Mandalay showroom team and ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets.★ Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, administration, and human resources.★ Maintain and continuously improve showroom standards, presentation, and overall customer experience.★ Identify local market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies and promotions.★ Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance through established KPIs.★ Analyze performance data and market trends to drive operational and sales improvements.★ Prepare budgets and sales plans aligned with company objectives.★ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth branch operations.★ Perform other duties as assigned by management.

★ Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.★ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in showroom or branch management.★ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.★ Proven track record in achieving sales targets.★ Customer-focused with the ability to develop and motivate teams.★ Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
