Job Summary

Responsible for driving HVAC project installation sales by managing project opportunities, client relationships, and end-to-end sales activities while coordinating with internal teams to ensure profitable and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for HVAC installation projects including residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

  • Identify project opportunities through developers, contractors, consultants, site visits, and referrals.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, site surveys, proposals, negotiation, to contract closing.

  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, and proposals in line with pricing and margin guidelines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance for project alignment and handover.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain an active project sales pipeline.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and project updates.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide inputs to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in project-based or installation sales.

  • Experience in HVAC, M&E, construction, or engineering services is strongly preferred.

  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project sales and client negotiations.

  • Good understanding of HVAC systems, installation processes, and project workflows.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
