Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Monitor cash inventory and cash in/cash out movements across the branch network, Cash Centers, and Hubs
• Minimize idle cash within the branch network and maximize CBM deposit
• Recommend, and authorize within defined limits, cash inventory movement throughout the network.
• Define, develop and recommend minimum and maximum cash threshold limits for cash inventory locations.
• Issue Currency Movement Orders (Sanction) to cash inventory locations.
• Ensure Branches, Cash Centers and Hubs comply with Currency Movement Orders ( Sanction)
• Communicate with internal colleagues such as Function Heads, Treasury, Branches Cash Centers, Hubs and Transport Management to perform effective and efficient cash transport
• Prepare analysis reports for senior management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Requires a Bachelors’ degree/ or experience in Cash Management Process.
• Working experience in financial institutions is preferred
• Excellence time management skill
• Excellence communication skill and presentation skill (English- verbal and written)
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
