Purpose of the position

Develop and implement the Commercial Strategy, Execution Plan, and Continuous Improvement Cycle for the ON Trade Channel (Where to play, How to win, What to do).

 

Job Descriptions

  • Formalize and regularly review a Channel Strategy with clear definitions of Priority Channels and clear Strategies to win
  • Plan, Execute and Track activations including a Picture of Success executed based on both permanent as well as promotional deliverables
  • Embed continuous improvement methodology to ensure that the commercial plans are executed with excellence in the market
  • Deliver great results by building a performance-driven, customer-orientated, and accountable team. Actively develop team members through a tailored development plan including core competency development
  • Extensive cross-functional collaboration including field sales, brand marketing, and finance
  • Develop PICOS (Picture of Success) for the OFF-TRADE channel and ensure PICOS execution vs guidelines. Drive excellence outlets executions
  • Develop SMAP cycle plan and drive executions
  • Develop OFF-TRADE channel visibility and activity to maximize visibility and optimize customer experiences in the channel
  • Develop a commercial calendar and manage the annual BTL budget for the channel
  • Manage POSM process and drive executions vs guidelines
  • Manage both TOFT and MOFT channel performance continuous improvement and provide a holistic channel dashboard to discuss channel growth activities. Implement Channel performance KPIs to measure success
  • Develop Integrated Commercial Planning for the OFF-TRADE channel and implementation of jobs to be done
  • Define and deliver key projects for OFF TRADE which fully supports business growth requirements
  • Ensure channel data & insights management process is in place and implemented according to the business requirements. Use data-driven sales methodology to drive efficient and effective sales decisions
  • Understand Route to Consumer implications for the channel and provide RTC enhancement to deliver channel value chain improvements
  • Understands category, portfolio, and brand strategies & objectives and incorporates them into the Trade Marketing plan
  • Develop JBP for MOFT key clients with collaborations with the MOFT team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or any related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant OFF-Trade (including MOFT) channel marketing, brand marketing, or field sales experience, with a minimum of 1-2 years of management position (preferably from the FMCG Industry)
