Prepare & submit financial statements in time & ensure timely closing of accounts; Manage & oversee the entire accounting team
Implementation & maintaining of accounting policies & procedures to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Verify systems and processes, financial responsibilities in place & make changes whenever necessary
Supervise & allocate the work of the section to ensure that all tasks are completed with presccribed timescales
Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills & knowledge up to date
Prepare & submit error -free daily reports
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
Direction & controlling
Day-to-day operations
Ground taking of inventory
maintaining accountas receivable/ payable , document bills and supporting documentation

Prepare supervise & review the month-end closing vouchers and accounts ensuring all jouranal vouchers are passed;
Detect & address potential compliance issues proacively
