Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle daily customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  2. Coordinate import/export shipments with operations and sales team.
  3. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
  4. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as BL, invoice, packing list, and delivery orders.
  5. Negotiate rates with clients and coordinate with operations/procurement teams to secure capacity.
  6. Coordinate with customs clearance, warehouse, and transport teams.
  7. Ensure accurate data entry into the logistics system.
  8. Ensure compliance with company SOPs and shipping regulations.
  9. Support sales team in quotation follow-up and customer retention activities.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor’s degree in any degree.

2.Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping industry.

3.Strong understanding of global trade, shipping terms (Incoterms), and supply chain processes.

4.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build strong client networks.

5.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

6.Proficiency in MS Office and outlook.

7.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

8.Fluent in English (both written and spoken); ability to speak Chinese is an advantage. Please prepare the job description.
