• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Telecommunication and Engineering background knowledge is preferable)• Strong ability to deal with customer complaints• Proficient in MS office word, excel, and PowerPoint.• Must have experience with customer support• Good command of English • Willing to learn and improve one's skill • Minimum 2 years experience in the customer service field• Can work 24/7 shifts and under pressure.
