Position: Remote Customer Relations Executive (Online)
Work Location: π Remote (Work from Home – Myanmar-based staff supporting Singapore team)
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and follow up as required.
• Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Follow Singapore office policies and standard operating procedures.
