Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, trainers, and academic staff to ensure service quality.

📨 Messaging & Communication Duties
Reply to student and parent inquiries through Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, and Email.

Provide quick responses to FAQs (course fees, schedules, admission requirements).

Escalate complex queries to senior consultants while maintaining professional tone.

Draft follow-up messages for appointment reminders, feedback requests, and service updates.

Maintain a response log to track communication efficiency.
