Job SummaryJoin Wasabi Company Limited as an Entry-Level Customer Support professional in Bahan, Yangon. You will support client system setup, assist with data migration, explain product functions, and help customers use the platform more effectively in a fast-paced IT environment.Key Responsibilities● Reflect client company information into the system accurately and support implementation tasks.● Assist with migration and transition from other systems, including product listing setup on partner sites.● Explain system features and usage clearly to existing client companies.● Propose practical ways to improve system utilization and customer experience.● Communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth support delivery and issue resolution.

Job Requirements
● Business Japanese level or JLPT N1; experience communicating with Japanese speakers is preferred.● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.● Able to explain ideas clearly and visually, including through diagrams.● Strong communication and customer service skills with a helpful attitude.● Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn new systems quickly.● Entry-level candidates are welcome; enthusiasm for IT and support work is important.
