The Host Staff is responsible for welcoming visitors, assisting tenants and guests, and providing general information to assist the customers of TBF live, ECHO, and Ah-so during active F&B Operation Hours.

  • Guest Relations: Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests in a polite, warm, and professional manner.
  • Information & Direction: Provide clear directions and accurate information regarding building facilities and tenant locations.
  • Access Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with security and building management for visitor access control and registration.
  • Inquiry Handling: Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the reception or lobby area. Monitor lobby activities and promptly report any unusual situations to the relevant department.
  • Operational Support: Answer phone calls, transfer messages accurately, and support event coordination or visitor management activities when required.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative and customer service tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

•Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-desk roles.

•Grade-12 passed. (Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder is preferred).

•Strong Customer Service mindset and interpersonal skills.

•Excellent Communication skills.

•Professional appearance, grooming, and positive behavioral attitude
