  • KBZPay center သို့လာသော customer များကို ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးရမည်။
  • KBZPay နှင့် ပတ်သက်သော ငွေသွင်း/ထုတ်/လွှဲ၊ အကောင့် သစ်ဖွင့်ခြင်းနှင့် အခြား KBZPay ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးရမည်။
  • KBZPay နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် customer မေးမြန်းချက်များကိုလည်း ဖြေရှင်းပေးရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး လိုအပ်ပါက အထက်မန်နေဂျာသို့ သတင်းပေးပို့ရမည်။ 
  • နေ့စဉ် customer စာရင်းများကို ကွန်ပျူတာဖြင့် စာရင်းသွင်းရမည်။

  • ပညာအရည်အချင်းအနှိမ့်ဆုံး တက္ကသိုလ် ဒုတိယနှစ်။
  • အတွေ့အကြုံရှိရန်မလိုဘဲ ရိုးသားပြီး သင်ယူလိုစိတ်ရှိရမည်။ 
  • ကွန်ပျူတာအခြေခံသုံးနိုင်သူဖြစ်ပြီး customer service အပိုင်းကိုစိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရပါမည်။ 
  • စနေ တနင်္ဂနွေပိတ်ရက်များတွင် မိမိအလှည့်ကျပါက အလှည့်ကျ အလုပ်ဆင်းနိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ရန်ကုန်မြို့တွင် မည့်သည့်နေရာတွင်မဆို တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်နိုင်မည်။ ( တစ်ပတ် ၂ ရက်ပိတ်ပါသည်။)
