This position will be responsible for Compensation unit:

  • Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of management reports.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to monitor business performance
  • Lead the UAT and production related with system
  • Collaborate with IT or data teams to implement process improvements.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in data management field.
  • Strong Excel skills(advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables, VBA).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Good English both in verbal and written.
