Operations and Maintenance Management
- Direct all electrical maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production output.
- Develop, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance programs for switchgear, transformers, MCCs, FCDs, motors and lighting systems.
- Lead the advanced troubleshooting of complex automated systems, including PLCs, HMI and servo drives.
- Manage the plant’s high-voltage distribution system and ensure load balancing
- Fire prevention plans, inspection of fire extinguishers shall be supervised.
- Always review team performance (KPIs) and give feedback if necessary, take action and provide opportunities.
