Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships between the bank and its customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service engagement. focuses on understanding client needs, providing personalized banking solutions, and enhancing customer experience through proactive communication and support. A key role in onboarding new clients, promoting banking products, and addressing customer concerns to improve retention and loyalty.

  • Archive sales contracts and collect data (GOV, Corporate Customer hard/soft copy) and Printing.
  • Engaging monthly follow-ups with existing active company customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and providing ongoing support. Engaging with clients to understand their evolving needs, offering personalized solutions, and addressing any concerns they may have about banking products or services.
  • Providing training for Payroll customers.
  • Handling inbound calls and raise issues to related sales manager.
  • Responsible for conducting Project Calls, VRA Calls, and New Lead Calls to engage with potential and existing clients, promote banking services, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Involves identifying client needs, explaining banking products, addressing concerns, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new leads Drop Follow-up Calls.
  • Error handling and solving issues for iBanking & KBZPay.
  • Assisting with file-related issues, troubleshooting errors, and providing necessary support for digital banking platforms.
  • Responsible for reconnecting with inactive corporate and garment sector clients to encourage them to resume using banking services.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree).

  • 0 to 1 year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Basic MS Office (Word, Excel) and a quick learner of Digital Banking apps (iBanking/Wallets).

  • Patient, customer-oriented, and has a strong "can-do" attitude.

  • Good at filing, documentation, and managing multiple tasks efficiently.
