Job Requirements

Any graduate with Hotel Management Diploma or Front Office & Customer Service Certificate.
Must have strong experience in in Front Office Operations & Management Level at Hotel Industry.
Fluent in English 4 skills.
Handles and resolves all guest queries and complaints.
Able to train the team and people development skills.
Excellency in Communication, Leading and Inter-personal skills.
Supervise and administrate all front office function.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Familiar with Hotel operation software system.
Good knowledge in computer skill.
