  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments
  • Manage corporate accounts, travel agents, and online distribution channels
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including social media and online campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking trends across all channels
  • Oversee branding, promotions, and public relations efforts
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and hotel management systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
