Job Description

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of fresh mart and distribution center. (Operation)
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by implementing effective marketing and sales tactics. Analyze sales data for any improvement opportunities.

(Sale Target and Sales Data Analysis)

  • Ensure a high standard of customer service to drive footfall conversion and build long-term loyalty. Solve customers' complaints. (Customer Engagement)
  • Cooperate with related departments for timely product delivery and to avoid shortages. (Internal Communication)
  • Keep track of inventory and manage the ordering process. (Stocks and Ordering)
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete stock and suggest clearance strategies (discounts, transfers, or write-offs) to free up warehouse space. (Waste Management)
  • Monitor and optimize all operations staff's duties are performed well. (Staff Management)
  • Motivate and train operators to enhance their product knowledge, customer service, and operational skills. (Staff Management)
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. (General)

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degrees (Degree in business management preferred)
  • Minimum of two years' managerial experience in the retail sector is required.
  • Age between (25-35) years old.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate and lead the team.
  • Possess flexibility and adaptability when dealing with different working situations.
  • Strong Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English 4-Skills (Intermediate)
