Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures for construction projects.
Oversee project documentation, correspondence, and records management.
Coordinate with project managers and site teams to support project execution.
Review and administer contracts with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Monitor contract compliance and obligations.
Manage contract variations, claims, extensions of time, and disputes.
Ensure all required permits, licenses, and approvals are obtained.
Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Coordinate procurement activities related to construction projects.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Monitor supplier and contractor performance.
Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and government officials.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Resolve administrative issues affecting project progress.
Lead and supervise the administration staff within the construction division.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Track project milestones and administrative deliverables.
Ensure timely submission of reports to senior management.

Job Requirements

Any graduate.
Master's Degree (MBA, Project Management) preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, project administration, or project management in a managerial role.
Age 35 years & above.
Strategic thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Team leadership and people management skills.
Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Can travel or stay at project site as required.
